Athena Jordan

Athena is the Director and has been with PCC since 2014. She has 20+ years of working with children. She's earned a BA of Psychology, Minor Child & Adolescent Development, Exception Needs Children & Special Education; an AS Business Management and 20+ years in HR and Office Management combined. Athena is a mother of  3 children and has 3 dogs, 2 cats. She also enjoys camping, festivals, and concerts when she has the time.

Infants Teachers

Trinity Hankins

Miss Trinity is our lead teacher in the infant room. She has been with us since July 2021. 

Toddler Teachers

  • In childcare 20+ years

  • center program director certified for up to 100 infant, toddler , preschool and school age children.

  • Completion of Apprenticeship as Child Care Development Specialist. Certified in Infant, Child , Adult CPR & First Aid

  • Working on earning a bachelor's in Social Work and on my CDA renewal

  • Worked at PCC from 2008-2019, returned to PCC 2024

  • Currently Lead Toddler Teacher in Butterflies.

  • Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends,. especially my 5 grand kids, traveling, watching movies and documentaries.

Gabbie Bishop

Gabbie is currently one of our lead teachers, who works in all of our classrooms, she has been at PCC since October 2020. She will graduate from KU in the spring of 2024 to earn a degree in Elementary Education. She enjoys coaching volleyball and spending time with family and friends.
